Thanks to Bed Albuterol for all this information!

SC Swap list:
-Intake manifold
-Fuel Rail and injectors with it.
• Pull the fuel rail, injectors are attached to the rail. Grab all the little O-rings and plastic spacers
-Intake adapter
-Blower
-PCV valve and hose from SC
-Intake tube from throttle to blower
• Plus all the tubing connected under the intake, (vacuum and coolant hoses)
-Throttle for backup
-MAF for backup
-Brake Booster Line (slightly different shape)
-Harmonic Balancer (note 1)
-Pulley Bridge for AC/blower
-A/C Compressor (note 1)
-ECM (note 2)
-Boost Control Solenoid (note 3)
-Belt for SC/AC if it looks okay, if not replace.

*Note 1: You don't need the harmonic balancer or AC compressor if you decide to run a 4rib GM belt, which if you do should operate fine unless you put a smaller pulley on the S/C, also the balancer for the SC vs the NA motors are slightly different sizes, you would have to measure them to figure out if it will over spin or under spin the blower.

*Note2: The NA ECM will run the blower but VERY rich at idle, ideally you should replace it. If you do you will get a Turbo controller error CEL that will never go away.

*Note 3: You don't need the BCS at ALL for daily operation, the only reason it's there is to open the blower bypass for when the motor sees a knock sensor error or goes into limp mode. If you are smart you will never need it, but if you try to go ham on the accelerator with a flashing CEL you'll want it.
